    For your convenience, a membership application is attached. You may 
    fill this in, print it, and send it to the Art Alliance.

    The Art Alliance board has created a new membership category-- 
    Distance Member. This category allows people living 
    outside Centre County to join the Art Alliance for half the normal dues, 
    and receive a number of the benefits of membership. For further

                        Web Site Opportunities

    The Art Alliance is offering member artists two levels of service. 
    In the full plan, your web pages will be hosted on the Art Alliance 
    web site, and will include biographical information, your portrait, artist 
    statement, and up to twelve enlargeable photographs of your work. 
     
    Members who already have their own web site can get a link to the 
    Art Alliance site. The link will include two photographs (of you or 
    your work) and a paragraph of text. Other members (see News) can 
    similarly be featured on our Artists page. 

    We are pleased to find that, for most of the artists who have chosen to use
    these links, they come up very high in a Google search, providing good visibility
    for both the artist and the Art Alliance.
